Ms. Reynolds was raised in the suburbs of Syracuse, NY in a blue collar family.  She was raised by her mother, her step-father and herfather.  Her step-father worked as a union factory employee for 39 years and her Mother raised 5 children while working as a photographer.  Ms. Reynolds' late father was a retired electrician and member of IBEW as was his father. 

She attended Onondaga Community College were she earned her Associates In Arts Degree in 1991 in Humanities, then transferred to the State University of New York at Albany (SUNY-Albany) where she earned her Bachelors Degree in 1993 in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice.  She completed the ALPS paralegal studies program in 1995.  She then attended Regent Law School in Virginia Beach where she obtained her Juris Doctor Degree. 

Jennifer has worked in many law firms as a legal assistant, paralegal and intern from 1992 to 2000 gaining vast experience in a variety of areas of law.  This includes volunteering as an intern at the NY Assembly,  at the Virginia Legal Aid Society,  and then at the Chesapeake Commonwealth's Attorney's Office practicing law under the 3rd year practice rules of VA.   She worked at a couple local law firms from 2000 until opening her own practice in 2005.

She was admitted into the Virginia State Bar in 2000 and to practice in the U.S. Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy and District Courts.

She has also been a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Mediator since 2006.

Ms. Reynolds is a divorced single mom of an adult college student.  She became attached to the Hampton Roads area as a former Navy spouse,  she has lived in Virginia Beach since 1994.

Ms. Reynolds is a Christian woman.  Her compassion and caring nature and dedication to her clients has made her a respected attorney in the Hampton Roads Area.
